Fran McCarthy recently retired after a 33 year career at Citizens Bank as a senior closer. She has been involved with the Lazarus Center since 2003, having taken various classes over the years. She has also attended a number of Healing Prayer classes at Ashland Seminary, and received a certificate after completing required classes. She has been a member of the Lazarus Center board since 2023.
