The Lazarus Center partners with organizations that offer inner healing prayer or related ministries that promote well-being based on an active relationship with Christ. We hope that the groups and materials shared here will be useful as you learn, connect, grow, and heal.
Shepherd’s Heart Fellowship is a Pittsburgh ministry to homeless veterans. They maintain short- and long term-housing, offer life skills training, host recovery group meetings, lead a Sunday worship service followed by dinner, and operate a day center Monday to Thursday.
The Order of Saint Luke (OSL) is an international sister healing ministry based in Texas. It was founded by doctors and nurses in 1946 to bring about a recovery of the worship and sacramental practice. They also maintain many partnering relationships with OSL members in the Pittsburgh area and the Pittsburgh chapter.
Healing Care Ministries (HCM) is a sister inner healing prayer ministry founded by Terry Wardle offering a different mode of inner healing prayer. Many from The Lazarus Center community have received teaching from HCM.
Christian Healing Ministries (CHM) is a sister healing ministry based in Jacksonville Florida founded by Francis and Judith McNutt. They have excellent teaching programs that cover all aspects of healing, including inner healing. CHM also has many partnering relationships with CHM alumni in the Pittsburgh area.
Transformational Prayer Ministry (TPM) is the basis of the mode of inner healing prayer taught by The Lazarus Center. They offer free resources, including manuals and videos, that are not complicated and clear to learn from. They also host a weekly Q&A session online.
