It Is All About Restoration

As I grew up all I heard in church was about salvation and dealing with sin. That obviously lead to seeing performance in Christian Life as the way to live. The problem was I never seemed to be doing enough. As I have lived through facing my deep brokenness and experiencing God’s deep healing I see that there is only ONE theme in God’s dealing with us. It is Restoration.

We need to become aware of the Design that God holds in his sight of who we are as He envisioned BEFORE He even started creation. His view of who we are never changes from that. Unfortunately, we are locked into seeing ourselves and others from our brokenness and struggles. We do not really believe that, in Christ, God truly sees us as forgiven, redeemed, pure, complete, as His Glory and treasure.

What our lives are is the process of God restoring us to His image of us. One day that will finally be completed and we will Know as we are now Known by God . We will live as co heirs with Jesus. The best news is, according to Philippians, God is the one who will FAITHFULLY complete this work.
