Families teach us how to live and how to operate in relationships. When we have not learned healthy life skills, this sets us up for painful emotions and negative beliefs about God, ourselves, and others. Conquering Codependency is a workbook centered on God's Word, designed to give God an open door to our hearts, where he gives understanding and healing.
